  1. 01DefineJudgementName the real problem before anyone opens Figma.
  2. 02ResearchJudgementListen to the people who will use it, then reread the brief.
  3. 03PrototypeExecutionAI drafts screens fast; the time saved goes into testing.
  4. 04TestJudgementWatch people use it. Where they hesitate, the design is wrong.
  5. 05RefineBothKeep what survived the test; check contrast, focus and motion.

About

40.64° N · 22.94° E

Thirteen years of graphic and brand design taught the one thing a model still can't do: decide what matters. Two years ago that eye moved into UX and code. The work now starts with the problem and the people, gets prototyped fast with AI, and gets tested with humans before anything ships. Accessibility is not a final check here - it goes into the brief before the first pixel. Fast tools are everywhere; judgement is the job.

The photo the drawing was traced from, by hand, in Figma.

Palaios Panteleimonas

Under Olympus. Every summer of my childhood, up from Thessaloniki. With all its mythology, this place always felt bigger than us.
